Subsquid Dev Log #1
Nearing our next milestones, we decided to publish weekly progress reports to keep all stakeholders up to date. Welcome to our first edition! 🦑
This week we were able to progress well on all project aspects. Our first campaign added new community members to our channels, with three new language options in our discord server (Russian, Vietnamese and Turkish). We are delighted that several community contributors signed up for moderator roles, with more applications being reviewed.
On the product front we progressed well, here are the most important updates this week:
- Subsquid hosted service: (Web UI) New design for “My Squids” page and the authentication flow
- Subsquid hosted service: (Web UI) Validating new user flow for creating a new Squid (link)
- Subsquid hosted service: (Command Line Interface) hydra-cli deploy command now supports multiple versions of the same Squid-project (Not public yet. Polishing and updating the docs)
- Subsquid hosted service: (Command Line Interface) During UX tests (dogfooding) we realised that some logs and endpoints should be displayed during the deployment (i.e. releasing the Squid). Funny as it’s really obvious in hindsight. Will be included in the v5 @subsquid/hydra-cli release.
- Three new big integrations in the pipeline. Not giving the names yet. 🤫
- Subsquid DAO: Ink! smart contract v.0.1 is ready for the MVP (link)
- Getting ready for the Polkadot Crowdloans, more on that very soon.
- Updated Indexers for Darwinia, KILT, Moonriver
